70% of Americans have nothing in place to help their family and loved ones if they become disabled, need nursing home care, and when they die. Our law firm was founded to help you help your famly and loved ones avoid the emotional, legal and financial consequences of disability, death and taxes.
We help you to take care of the people you love by creating a detailed written estate plan to handle illness and long term care, the orderly distribution of your assets, avoid government involvement, and reduce or eliminate taxes at death.
We work with you to establish an estate plan tailored to fit your needs and circumstances. Through the use of Living Trusts and other legal documents we make sure the right people can step in, at the right time, to avoid government involvement, the loss of your assets, and minimize the impact of taxes at the time of your death
